Gwarancja na nowe pojazdy stosuje się jako wyłączenie z gwarancji zwykle dostarczonej przez producenta, zgodnie z umową przewidzianą, jednakże jest ograniczona do maksymalnie dozwolonego kilometra lub okresu podanego w umowie, w zależności od typu pojazdu.
Gwarancja nie może zostać przekazana nowemu właścicielowi.
