Excluded are:. All maintenance work including filters and V-belts and wear parts such as brakes, clutch, exhaust, wheels and tires.

La garanzia si applica in tutta l'Europa, vale a dire:

- il Liechtenstein,
- Lussemburgo
- Principato di Monaco,
- Paesi Bassi,
- Norvegia,
- Austria,
- Portogallo,
- Svezia,
- Svizzera,
- Spagna,
- Andorra,
- Polonia,
- Moldova
- Repubblica Ceca e
- Ungheria.
La garanzia inizierà il giorno successivo alla fine della garanzia del produttore sui veicoli nuovi.
La garanzia per i veicoli nuovi si applica come esclusione alla garanzia fornita normalmente dal costruttore, come previsto contrattualmente, ma limitato ai chilometri massimi autorizzati o al periodo contrattualmente indicato, a seconda del tipo di veicolo.
La garanzia non può essere trasferita a un nuovo proprietario.
