What are the conditions of the guarantee?
Our trademark is ‘accredited quality’. All our vehicles are sold with a TÜV certificate. This means that each vehicle is inspected to TÜV standards when it comes into our workshop. We make the test report available to our customers in unedited form and without reserve. Furthermore, we treat all complaints seriously. If serious unreported faults are discovered, we will refund all or part of the repair costs.
The warranty covers the following enumerated components in accordance with the scope of delivery of the manufacturer, namely:

Excluded are:. All maintenance work including filters and V-belts and wear parts such as brakes, clutch, exhaust, wheels and tires.
The guarantee applies throughout Europe, namely:

The warranty commences on the day following the end of the manufacturer’s warranty on new vehicles.
The warranty for new vehicles applies as an exclusion to the warranty normally provided by the manufacturer, as contractually provided for, however limited to the maximum permitted kilometres, or the contractually stated period, depending on the type of vehicle.
The warranty cannot be transferred to a new owner.
