What is Netto Operational Lease?
This is one of the most used lease forms in the Netherlands and Europe. With this lease form no liquidity will be imposed on your company, because your monthly invoice can be booked as tax-deductible (car) costs. In fact, it is ideal for the freelancer and small and medium-sized businesses, because no seizure is placed on your balance sheet or private equity.
The main features of Net Operational Lease:
- You decide for yourself the car brand and the type you want.
- It is possible to include a trade-in or down payment in the contract, which means that the amount to be leased can be reduced.
- The car is purchased by the leasing company and is therefore not on your balance sheet.
- You do not have to pay VAT to us! You will even receive this from the tax authorities on a monthly basis.
- The license plate is usually in the name of the leasing company.
- Your financial resources will remain available for business operations.
- The residual value risk at the end of the contract period lies with the leasing company.
- You have the option to take over the car at the end of the contract period for a pre-agreed price (purchase option). This gives you a share in the sale of your lease car at the end of the term.

You can enter into a purchase contract based on a down payment. The down payment amount varies with a minimum of 10% of the total purchase amount. The down payment via the website is always EUR 2,000. The remainder must be paid by the agreed date. Once we see that the full amount has been paid into our account, the vehicle will prepared for delivery.
